Toxicology Litigation Consultants is a forensic toxicology firm based in Central Texas. We work with legal professionals to evaluate complex scientific evidence, conduct evidence based research, and apply scientific interpretation to the facts alleged by the parties engaged in litigation. 

Many of our cases settle prior to costly litigation because we are able to transform complex scientific data into understandable facts that favorably address the element of causation. However, if litigation can't be avoided we are prepared for vigorous cross examination on the issues as our clients' expert witness.

Our Mission is  to provide our clients with an interpretation of  facts based on scientifically accepted and epidemiologically proven principles set forth in peer reviewed scientific literature.  We adhere to the Daubert  standards governing the admissibility of evidence and expert opinions in State and Federal courts. 

Through the application of our knowledge, skill, training, and ability we bring together the expertise that attorneys, courts and juries rely on when making tough decisions in civil and criminal litigation.

Our offices located in Central Texas are within a short travel time to our clients throughout the State of Texas. 

Although our practice is based in Texas we are available to work with legal professionals throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.
